NYSDEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through March 9, 2016. In addition, NYSDEC has scheduled a public meeting on February 22, 2016 at 7:00PM at the Commack Branch of Smithtown Library, 3 Indian Head Road, Commack, NY to discuss the proposed remedy and accept public comments.
