The Office of Cannabis Management’s proposed 9 NYCRR Part 132 Cannabis Research Regulations are now available for public comment. Your feedback is appreciated and valuable to our efforts in advancing cannabis research and knowledge throughout New York State. You may access the proposed regulations here: part-132-ocm-research-regulations.pdf (ny.gov). If you would like to submit a public comment please send it to regulations@ocm.ny.gov. Public comments must be received by 11:59pm on 6/11/23.
