Food Waste Reduction Workshop
Register online by this Friday for a chance to attend
You still have a chance to enter the drawing to attend a creative workshop and learn to reduce your food waste, a collaboration between the Dutchess County Division of Solid Waste Management and The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park.
This innovative pilot event, held at the ClA's Hyde Park campus on June 9th, will focus on environmental sustainability and show participants how to turn leftovers into delicious new dishes. Space is limited for this popular event, and you can enter online by this Friday, May 16th, for your chance to attend.
