In her latest update, Dr. Livia Santiago-Rosado, Commissioner of the Dutchess County Department of Behavioral & Community Health, provides residents an update how, with the proliferation of at-home COVID-19 tests, the County's positivity rate has become less relevant, while other metrics emerge to offer critical insight into transmission throughout our community.
