Fixed Points of Dispensing (PODs)
DBCH operates two Fixed Points of Dispensing (PODs) Vaccination Centers – at the former JCPenney store at the Poughkeepsie Galleria and at the former CVS, 3081 Route 22, Dover. Walk-ins will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis as supply allows. Preregister to ensure your spot and save time.

All patients are required to bring proof of age). PLEASE NOTE: second dose appointments will be automatically booked for Saturday, May 23 at the same time as your first dose appointment; please plan accordingly.

Residents 18 years and older, please be prepared to show one of the following forms of ID at Dutchess County-operated sites:
- Driver’s license or non-driver ID
- Birth certificate issued by a state or local government
- Current U.S passport or valid foreign passport
- Permanent resident card
- Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship
- Life insurance policy with birthdate
- Marriage certificate with birthdate
