Walk-In Appointments Available Today at JCPenney


PLEASE SHARE! Walk-in appointments to receive the Moderna vaccine are available TODAY at our JCPenney Point of Dispensing (POD) site from 10am to 6pm!

To make the process faster, pre-register before you arrive:

Dutchess County Public Transit (DCPT) provides free transportation to County’s fixed POD sites. Passengers simply need to show their appointment confirmation to the bus driver. Call (845) 473-8424 for more information.


Reminders

You must show proof of your eligibility

Residents 18 years and older, please be prepared to show one of the following forms of ID at Dutchess County-operated sites:

  • Driver’s license or non-driver ID
  • Birth certificate issued by a state or local government
  • Current U.S passport or valid foreign passport
  • Permanent resident card
  • Certificate of Naturalization or Citizenship
  • Life insurance policy with birthdate
  • Marriage certificate with birthdate

 

You must be available for your second dose appointment

This is a two-dose vaccine series. Second dose appointments will be scheduled on-site immediately following your first dose. You must be available to return to the JCPenney site approximately 28 days (on or about Thursday, May 20, 2021) following your first dose.

If you will not be available to return for your second dose, please do not schedule an appointment.
