Optimum Phone Outage Update

The Dutchess County 911 Center has confirmed that Optimum is currently experiencing phone outages in the following communities as result of a fractured fiber cable:
- Village of Millerton
- Town of North East
- Parts of the Town of Amenia
Optimum is working to resolve the issue, there is no estimated time to restoration. Please check phone lines to determine if you may need to use alternatives such as cell phone to contact 911 in the event of an emergency.
