Touch A Truck moved to Oct. 11 due to weather

Due to impending inclement weather this weekend, the "Touch A Truck" event at the Dutchess County Airport will now be held on Sunday, Oct. 11th from noon to 6 p.m. The Rotary Club of Wappingers Falls invites children and their families to "Touch A Truck" at the Dutchess County Airport, located at 263 New Hackensack Road in Wappinger.
The event will feature vehicles from local area businesses, community groups, and government agencies. Kids will have the opportunity to climb aboard and get behind the wheel of their favorite vehicles, learn from their operators, and meet some of their hometown heroes. In consideration of our special needs community, there will be a "No Honk" zone from noon to 3 PM.
