Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro welcomed more than 200 children with special needs and their families to Thursday's Dutchess County Picnic for Children with Special Needs at Freedom Park in the Town of Lagrange. From face-painting and lunch, to dancing and an appearance by Libby, the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office's K9 officer, and Rascal from the Hudson Valley Renegades, everyone in attendance enjoyed a day filled with fun and friendship.
