Due to unusually high reservation volumes, your upcoming DMV appointment has been modified. To ensure you are served as efficiently as possible, please review the options below and choose the one most convenient for you:
Option 1:
You may go to the Massapequa DMV Office at your originally scheduled reservation time.
Please bring this notice with you to ensure a smooth check-in.
Option 2:
You may visit the Garden City DMV Office on either of the following dates:
• Thursday, May 29th (Open 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Saturday, May 31st (Open 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Option 3:
If none of the above options are suitable, you may visit any Long Island DMV office at your earliest convenience. No appointment is required—please bring this notice with you for expedited service.
