Here are some key dates to remember:

Late November: This is traditionally when health insurance premium rates for the upcoming year are released. You can learn more about pay rates for coverage ahead of the Option Transfer period for eligible employees.

December: This is traditionally the Option Transfer period (date subject to change annually) for eligible employees. You can review plan options and make changes to ensure coverage fits your needs for the upcoming year.

January 1st: The Empire Plan begin. Any updates or changes made to your coverage plan will start in the new year.
