National Night Out Event
What a fun evening at the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department National Night Out in Downtown Summerlin! It was wonderful to see so many families and neighbors come together to enjoy the festivities. It was also a pleasure to connect with Captain Ransom Beza, Matthew Rowe and the incredible Summerlin Area Command team, along with officers from other area commands. Events like these bring our community closer, build friendships and remind us that looking out for one another is what makes our neighborhoods feel like home.

Halloween Trunk Or Treat And Movie
October wouldn’t be the same without Ward 2’s Halloween Trunk or Treat and Movie in the Park at Bruce Trent Park! Families came out dressed in their favorite costumes, enjoyed trick-or-treating with our wonderful participating vendors, and settled in for a fun evening watching "Hotel Transylvania" under the stars. Seeing the children’s excitement and the families enjoying time together made this event extra special. A very special shoutout to my daughter, Kat Panebianco, dressed in the orange dinosaur costume, for helping us bring smiles to all the children and to all the amazing vendors who helped make it such a fun-filled evening for our Ward 2 community!
Heroes For Heroes
The annual Heroes for Heroes event at Veterans Memorial Community Center is a wonderful way to bring our local youth together with the heroes who help keep our community safe. Metro Police, Animal Control, firefighters, and AMR ambulance personnel come together to spend time with the kids, answer questions, and share what they do every day to protect and serve our community. It’s a wonderful opportunity for children to meet the people who help keep our community safe while creating positive memories along the way!
