Item #17. For possible action to approve three related documents for the Nonrevocable Agreement to Restrict Property for the Northwest Regional Park, the Release of Land and Water Conservation Fund Restriction for Desert Pines Golf Course (Desert Pines), and the Release of Land and Water Conservation Fund Restriction for Heritage Park (Heritage) - Wards 3, 5 and 6 (Diaz, Summers-Armstrong and Brune). APPROVED.
