Providing For Our Furry Friends
At our Spring Fling event, instead of vendor and classic car owner registration fees, we asked for pet food to go to local organizations. This past week, we dropped off lots of pet food (the most we've ever received!) at Southern Nevada Rescue League, Street Dogz, Las Vegas Rescue Mission and The Compassionate Initiative LV.
Huge thank you to our Ward 6 neighbors, vendors and classic car owners for your generosity! Together, we're keeping our furry friends fed.
Supporting Our Unhoused Neighbors
Team Brune attended the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's Unhoused Compstat Meeting. It was very informative, with updates on Campus for Hope, service opportunities and more resources for our unhoused community.
Encouraging Civic Engagement
We stopped by the city's Vote Party at City Hall Tuesday, where there was plenty of civic engagement, ice cream, food trucks, music and more.
Meeting With Neighbors
It was a full house at our Bocaditos with Brune monthly meeting! Thank you to neighbors who came to have their thoughts and questions heard.
