First Friday is a monthly art, music and food festival in the 18b Las Vegas Arts District. Road closures start at 6 a.m. May 1. Roads will reopen at 1 a.m. May 2. Major closures: Boulder to Hoover avenues, Art Way to First Street, Main Street from Charleston Boulevard to Coolidge Avenue. See the map below.

Friday, May 1
Block party to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Road closures start at 8 a.m. May 1. Roads will reopen at 12 p.m. May 2. Major closures: Colorado Avenue between Commerce and Main streets. See the map below.
Friends and Family La Mona Rosa Friday, May 1
Friends and Family Promotions will host a party that will extend onto the La Mona Rosa patio on Sixth Street. Road closure starts at 7 p.m. May 1. Road will reopen at 4 a.m. May 2. Major closures: Sixth Street between Fremont Street and alley. See the map below.
East Fremont Festival of Arts
Saturday, May 2, 11 a.m.- 8 p.m.
Art festival on Fremont East. Road closures start at 9 a.m. May 2. Roads will reopen at 10 p.m. Major closures: Fremont Street from Seventh to Ninth Avenues plus adjacent alleys. See the map below.
FEED the Block
Tuesday, May 5, 6-10 p.m.
Block party open to the public in the Fremont East Entertainment District. Road closures start at 6 a.m. May 5. Roads will reopen at 4 a.m. May 6. Major closures: Fremont Street from Las Vegas Boulevard to Seventh Street; Sixth Street from Carson Avenue to Ogden Avenue. See the map below.
Helldorado Days Parade
Saturday, May 9
Annual Helldorado Days Parade celebrating Las Vegas’ birthday, our rich history and diverse community. Road closures start at 6 a.m. Roads will reopen at 2 p.m. Major closures: Fourth Street from Las Vegas Boulevard to Stewart Avenue and all the cross streets along the parade route. See the map below.
Hardwell Thursday, May 14
Hardwell is an upcoming electronic music concert as an Electric Daisy Carnival preshow that will occur at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center. Road closures start at 6 a.m. May 14. Roads will reopen at 6 a.m. May 16. Major closures: Third Street from Bridger to Carson avenues; Bridger Avenue from Casino Center Boulevard past Third Street to the alley. See the map below.
