A New City Of Las Vegas Specialty Court Offers Defendants A Fresh Start

City of Las Vegas Fresh Start Homeless Court identifies and connects homeless criminal defendants to resources to help them attain stable housing and income in order to reduce homelessness and criminal activity. The Municipal Court program staff work to identify the issues that have resulted in an individual becoming unhomed and what services can be accessed to help break the cycle of homelessness.
