Victoria Seaman Councilwoman, Ward 2
Councilwoman Victoria Seaman's Updates
I was honored to join Kitty Heck at the National Association of Women Business Owners luncheon for the Women of Distinction Awards. Congratulations to Kitty Heck for being nominated. Ken and Kitty own Chinglish Wine Bar one of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas. If you have not been, you need to go. It is not just the food that keeps you frequenting the restaurant. These two make you feel like family. I’m honored they are in Ward 2.
I want to congratulate all the children who took part in the Las Vegas Kids Triathlon. My thanks to all the businesses and volunteers who supported this event. I look forward to supporting the next one!
I want to thank Scott Goldstein with Prospect Street Development and Dr. Mike Crovetti of Crovetti Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine for inviting me to be part of the groundbreaking for their beautiful new medical building. It will be a fantastic addition to Ward 2!
When I served in the Nevada legislature, there were photos of all the previous legislators displayed on the wall in the Capital. I wanted to bring that same experience to Las Vegas City Hall to showcase the history of past mayors and city council members. I want to thank everyone who worked with me to bring my vision to fruition.
To see the amazing photos, please click the photo to watch the video.
I want to congratulate the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Summerlin Area Command on another successful First Tuesday event. These events are a great way for Metro to connect with the community and share important information.
