The Shaq Courts

Saturday, Oct. 23, the basketball courts in Kianga Isoke Palacio Park at Doolittle Complex were opened with a new name, "Shaq Courts." This was possible with a generous donation from the Shaquille O'Neal Foundation and Icy Hot. Additional support was provided from the Howard Hughes Corporation. Additionally, the sponsors will provide a laptop for the kids who participated in the tournament. This was a great day for the city of Las Vegas and Ward 5 youth. Mayor Carolyn Goodman attended and gave Shaq a key to the city.
