Below are the road closures being planned for October 2021.



Las Vegas PRIDE Parade
Friday, Oct. 8

Annual Las Vegas PRIDE Parade downtown on Fourth Street. Road closures start at 2 p.m. Oct. 8. Roads will reopen at midnight. Major closures: Fourth Street from Charleston Boulevard to Stewart Avenue; Third Street from Charleston to Garces Avenue and all side streets in between.

Reggae Rise Up
Sat. and Sun, Oct. 9-10

Concert at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center. Road closures start at 6 p.m. Oct. 7. Roads will reopen at 6 p.m. Oct. 11. Major closures: Bridger Avenue from Casino Center Boulevard to Fourth Street; Third Street from Bridger to Carson avenues. See the map below.

Black Las Vegas Food Festival
Friday-Sunday, Oct. 15-17

Annual food festival in downtown Las Vegas. Road closures start at 7 a.m. Oct. 15. Roads will reopen at 7 a.m. Oct. 18. Major closures: Casino Center Boulevard from Colorado Avenue to Charleston Boulevard. See the map below.

Saturday, Oct. 16

Food festival in downtown Las Vegas. Road closures start at 5 a.m. Oct. 16. Sidewalk closures start at 4 p.m. Roads and sidewalks will reopen at midnight. Major closures: Main Street between Imperial and Colorado avenues; Imperial between Main and alleyway. See the map below.

Saturday, Oct. 23

Fundraiser with items for auction/raffle, bar and music. Alley closure starts at 8 a.m. Oct. 23 and  will reopen at 5 p.m. Major closures: Alley closure between Casino Center Boulevard and Third Street, south of Colorado Avenue. See the map below.

Saturday, Oct. 23

The Las Vegas Book Festival is the largest literary event in Nevada. Our annual celebration of the written, spoken and illustrated word is free and open to the public. Road closures start at 3 a.m. Oct. 22. Roads will reopen at midnight. Major closures: Fourth Street between Clark and Lewis avenues. See the map below.
