Below are the road closures being planned for November; a reminder will be sent a few days before the event.
First Friday in the Arts District Friday, Nov. 1
First Friday is a monthly art, music and food festival in the Arts District. Road closures start at 8 a.m. Nov. 1. Roads will reopen at 8 a.m. Nov. 2. Major closures: Boulder to Gass avenues, Art Way to Main Street. See the map below.
First Friday Restricted Access at Fremont Street Experience Friday, Nov. 1
Access restricted to those ages 21 and older from 9 p.m. to 4 a.m. Road closures start at 9 p.m. Nov. 1. Roads will reopen at 4 a.m. Nov. 2. Major closures: Casino Center Boulevard from Carson to Ogden avenues. See the map below.
 Veterans Day Parade Monday, Nov. 11
Annual Veterans Day Parade held in downtown Las Vegas on the Fourth Street parade route. Road closures start at 6 a.m. Nov. 11. Roads will reopen at 3 p.m. Nov. 11. Major closures: Fourth Street from Las Vegas Boulevard to Stewart Avenue. See the map below.
 Rock 'n' Roll Marathon Sunday, Nov. 17
The 2019 Rock 'n' Roll Marathon, half marathon and 10K will be held on the Las Vegas Strip and in downtown Las Vegas. The event will begin on the Strip, go through the streets of the downtown area and finish in front of The Mirage. Road closures start at 2 p.m. Nov. 17. Roads will reopen at 10 p.m. Nov. 17. Major closures: Las Vegas Boulevard and throughout downtown Las Vegas. See the maps below.
  Veterans Village 5K Saturday, Nov. 23
This 5K run/walk fundraiser in downtown Las Vegas will benefit the local nonprofit organization Veterans Village. Road closures start at 5 a.m. Nov. 23. Roads will reopen at noon Nov. 23. Major closures: Southbound City Parkway and Southbound Grand Central Parkway (Symphony to Main); Eastbound Bonneville Avenue (Promenade Place to Main Street). See the map below.
