We are confident every employee has at least one colleague whose work is incredibly valuable to them, who they look to as a mentor, utilize as a resource, or just someone whose work begs to be recognized. If someone comes to mind, please take the time to acknowledge them so they can know the kind of impact they have on those around them.

This award centers around — you guessed it — teamwork. These unsung superstars are the gears that make the engine go!
Helping Hand Award
We have all had mentor who have made a difference through their guidance. Mentors help other employees reach their full potential while promoting their personal and professional development. They are supportive individuals whom employees can turn to for advice.
Leadership Award
This award honors someone who demonstrates exemplary leadership that has significant impact, and commitment to the NMRLD's mission and values.
