NMED’s Office of General Counsel in collaboration with the Climate Change Bureau is seeking a Climate Change Bureau attorney to provide legal counsel and advice on climate change related matters including drafting and participating in rulemaking, represent agency staff in complex, difficult and sensitive matters in administrative and judicial proceedings, prepare witnesses for hearings and trials and implement clean car and clean truck policies.
