2023 Infrastructure Development Report
The Construction Programs Bureau (CPB) directly manages three funding sources, Capital Outlay
Appropriations, the Clean Water State Revolving Loan Fund Program, and the Rural
Infrastructure Program. CPB engineering staff provide technical oversight for these funding
programs. Over $77 million was disbursed from the directly managed programs in the calendar year 2023.
