AQB is excited to announce the ePermitting Portal is available for submittals for two types of permitting actions!
- Notices of Intent (oil and gas facilities only) and
- Applications for General Construction Permits for Oil and Gas Facilities (GCP-O&G).
Permitting actions submitted via the ePermitting Portal are certified online and the required information is either entered directly or uploaded as attachments and submitted fully electronically - no more paper hardcopies or CDs to mail for these actions. (We cannot accept online payments yet - there’s a simple form to mail with the paper check in the meantime.)
Customers will receive an email when their action is assigned to a permit writer for review and the permit writer will have the documents available immediately, maximizing the 30-day review period. Customers using the ePermitting Portal will see equipment AQB already has in the internal database, including equipment that was submitted for NOIs in the recent minor source emissions inventory. Equipment entered in the ePermitting Portal for new facilities and modifications will be available for the next minor source emissions inventory.
We know new systems can be challenging. Within the ePermitting Portal, we have a button to “Request NMED Support” so we can match you with the right person to assist. Use the button for specific questions or to request a meeting for more general help. Check out the NMED Events Calendar for AQB ePermitting Portal Workshop events where you can get virtual help from our experts.
Ready to get started? Check out the guide “Entering the Portal” on the webpage: AQB ePermitting Portal.
