Record keeping Guidance for Construction Industries

This bulletin provides information regarding the Minor Source Emissions Inventory for construction industries, specifically, aggregate plants, asphalt plants, and concrete batch plants. Accurate record keeping is a requirement for the calculation of actual emissions for the 2020 Minor Source Emissions Inventory. These documents include lists of equipment common to each sector and specific record keeping information for the various types of equipment. It is highly recommended that the guidance be used in your daily or weekly record keeping.
