Minor Source Emissions Inventory Bulletin

The NM Environment Department – Air Quality Bureau (Bureau) is conducting a Minor Source Emissions Inventory for calendar year 2020 (per 20.2.73.300 NMAC).

This inventory will apply to all sources with air quality construction permits (20.2.72 NMAC), including General Construction Permits (GCP’s). It will also apply to sources with Notices of Intent (NOI’s) (20.2.73 NMAC).

Each facility must keep track of all emissions for calendar year 2020. Emissions will be reported to the Bureau during the period of January 1 through April 1, 2021 using the online reporting tool provided by the Bureau.
