NMED is pleased to announce the issuance of the GCP-Oil & Gas permit. The permit was issued on April 27, 2018.

The permit, registration form, guidance document, public notice template, and transition FAQ are posted on the Air Quality Bureau web site at:

This permit is effective immediately and may be used to register new and existing minor source oil and gas facilities. 

As of May 15, 2018 the Department will no longer be accepting GCP-1 and GCP-4 applications.
