Earthen Plaster Workshop

Pease join Cornerstones Community Partnerships for a FREE Earthen Plaster Workshop at the Gutiérrez-Hubbell House! Participants must be present on both days and will have the opportunity to fully join in this immersive learning experience. No previous knowledge is necessary for this workshop.

 The KiMo Theatre: Fact and Folklore

The sixth presentation of the Route 66 Centennial Speaker Series will be given by Jacqueline Murray Loring. For ninety years, hundreds of thousands of adults and children have packed the KiMo theatre to watch ballet, drama, spoken-word, and to listen to poetry readings. Performers have acted, sung, danced, and spellbound audiences with magic. Local filmmakers flock there to watch their indie films come alive on the new silver screen. Please join us to learn all about the history of this beloved Albuquerque landmark!

Historic House Tours
Every Friday and Saturday at 2:00pm
We are now regularly offering guided tours of the house. Join staff or volunteer docents every Friday and Saturday at the Gutiérrez-Hubbel House for a guided tour of the plaza and house. Discover why the home is so important in preserving the history and stories of the South Valley in Albuquerque and the whole of New Mexico.
