The Bernalillo County Animal Care and Resource Center is in need of fosters this season, so today we'd like to show off Miss Augusta, who would love to be in a warm home this Thanksgiving!
Like many of us, Augusta loves to lean on that special someone. She is a little on the shy side, but loves to show off her sit and shake once she warms up to you! She would love a chance to get a break from the shelter and share in your holiday meal!

Cold weather in the forecast?
Bernalillo County is diverse in its beauty - and it's also diverse in its weather conditions.
What could be a beautiful day in the South Valley could be a snow-packed day in the East Mountains or other areas.
