RECYCLING TIP: Neither full plastic bags nor empty ones are accepted in recycling. Put clean and dry cardboard, paper, cans and plastic containers directly into recycling bins; never bag up recyclables. Plastic bags get wound up in sorting equipment causing production issues, and the unknown content of bagged materials is a health and safety concern for recycling workers pre-sorting materials.
