I’m kicking off my first monthly Sunset Chisme with Adriann on Thursday March 18 at 5:30 p.m. and would love to have you and your family join me. Get all the inside chisme (gossip), from Bernalillo County resources to community events and actions that can beautify our neighborhoods. I am excited to connect with you directly about our communities across District 3.

For this month’s Sunset Chisme, Let’s Talk Trash.

Do you have some big items you would like to dump? Does your neighborhood have areas where waste and dumping are common?

We know that clean, trash-free communities decrease crime and increase the health and safety of our neighborhoods. I am excited to have the Bernalillo County Illegal Dumping Partnership present resources and opportunities for us to work together to clean up our neighborhoods. Let’s get ready for some Spring cleanup, because our neighborhoods deserve it!

Since we still need to protect our elders and keep our families safe from COVID-19, these first few Sunset Chisme's will be virtual on Zoom. As soon as we can share space safely with each other I'll start hosting these get togethers at different community centers and parks around our neighborhoods every month.
