TOWNSHIP SHRED EVENT SCHEDULED FOR
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH!
 Residents are invited to clean out their clutter, shred old documents and bring dated paperwork to the Township Shred Event on Saturday, September 13th from 10 am to Noon! This free event will be held at the rear of the Willingboro Public Library, rain or shine. Check out the flyer for additional details and plan to join us this Saturday! TOWNSHIP COUNCIL MEETING -
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16th
 The Township Council will meet on Tuesday, September 16th. Meetings are held at the Municipal Complex, in the Courtroom. Meetings continue to be streamed live via ZOOM or on our YouTube channel.

There are two opportunities for members of the public to ask questions and dialogue with members of the Council. Those opportunities include at the beginning of the meeting to discuss items on the agenda and at the end of the meeting.

TOWNSHIP FITNESS COURT STUDIO IS OFFICIALLY OPEN!
 
Special thanks to everyone who joined us for our Fitness Court® Studio Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony on Friday! We were pleased to partner with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and National Fitness Campaign to make this project a reality! Willingboro's own - Lavett Ballard, Visual Artist, Art historian, Curator, and Author, who designed the artwork for the Fitness Court® Studio was also in attendance along with Township Council Members, local dignitaries and community members.
After the ceremony, Coach Mel, our Fitness Court® Studio Ambassador hosted a demonstration for attendees. As a reminder, Coach Mel is available every Monday-Friday from 7 am - 9 am and in the evenings from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm until Friday, September 26th to assist individuals with the Fitness Court® Studio and its capabilities.
The Fitness Court® Studio is located in the rear of the Kennedy Center, next to the track. All are welcome! We hope to see you there soon!

APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR CITIZEN POLICE ACADEMY IS SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 20TH!
 Applications are now available for the 2025 Citizen Police Academy. Take advantage of the opportunity to learn more about law enforcement policies and procedures and connect with your local officers by participating in open discussions about law enforcement challenges and community safety. The application deadline is September 20th. Classes will be held on Saturdays starting October 4th through October 25th from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. 5TH ANNUAL FIRE PREVENTION OPEN HOUSE HAPPENING MONDAY, OCTOBER 6TH!
 Willingboro Fire Department is hosting our 5th Annual Fire Prevention Open House on Monday, October 6th from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the Willingboro Fire Station. Important information and resources will be shared as well as an opportunity to learn about the risk of lithium-ion batteries in your home. Join us for a special live burn demonstration presented by the West Windsor Fire Department at 7:00 pm.
