SCHOOL BOND REFERENDUM
TOWN HALL MEETING SCHEDULE
MORE INFORMATION ABOUT STATE AID ON THE MARCH 11 BALLOT
State aid is key to the Willingboro school district's decision to pursue a bond referendum. Without voter approval, that taxpayer-funded program will benefit other NJ districts where voters approved referenda. For Willingboro Public Schools, that’s nearly $21 million for projects proposed on the ballot’s Question 1.
Plus, did you know tax relief is available for seniors? The State of New Jersey has several programs to provide property tax relief, especially for people who are older or disabled. One tax relief program “freezes” the tax rate of eligible homeowners (such an income of $163,050 or less). Another scheduled to start in 2026 will cut tax bills for seniors.
