Program Description:
The Public Contracting Oversight Division of the Office of the State Comptroller is offering a webinar focusing on the Division’s updated rules and thresholds with a focus on the revisions made in 2025. This webinar is intended to help contracting units understand their responsibilities with regard to notice and submission of proposed procurements for OSC’s procurement reviews under N.J.S.A. 52:15C-10, Executive Order (EO) 166, and EO 125.

Goals of the Presentation:
- Offer guidance to contracting units on the changes to OSC’s rules, with particular focus on the rules effecting submission of proposed contracts and procurements to the PCO Division.
- Explain the formal threshold changes made to OSC PCO Division’s N.J.S.A. 52:15C-10 thresholds, and how to make a good faith estimate of the value of proposed contracts and procurements to determine whether the new thresholds apply.
- Detail statutory and regulatory requirements of contracting units with regard to procurement reviews by OSC’s PCO Division, as clarified by the revisions to OSC’s rules.
