Free Flour Friday

Each Friday, join Cooper Gristmill's expert Miller Karl Wietzel to explore a unique, behind the scenes element of the milling process during your 45-minute tour. With your visit, groups will receive a one-pound bag of our stone-ground wheat flour or cornmeal. This week's tour focuses on working with leather belts.

Sunshine Yoga for Kids: Planet Earth

An awesome class for kids who want to play games, use their imaginations, and have FUN! Each class is taught by a licensed yoga instructor and centers around a nature theme. Kids learn 5 yoga poses to use in our games. At the end of every class, we will talk about a “big feeling”, such as being mad, and learn a new tool to help us cope with that feeling. Register here.

Come learn how to contribute data to this continent-wide study of the invertebrates in our water and what they can tell us about water quality. Hands-On History: Hand Soap for Gardeners

Bird Study Merit Badge Workshop
May 4
Discover the world of birds while completing your Bird Study Merit Badge. Use a field guide and binoculars to identify at least 20 species of birds along the trails, discover which species are endangered, learn about careers for bird lovers and more. Some prerequisites must be completed, more information available at time of registration. Bring your own binoculars or borrow ours. Bring a nut-free lunch and water. Register here.
