Administrative Assistant

Under close supervision, performs routine, repetitive clerical work involving the processing of documents in a variety of functions; does other related duties as required.

Requirements:

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

-Ability to work both independently and within a team

-Strong attention to detail

-Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change

-Customer Service / Office experience preferred

-Previous call center experience a plus

Salary: $27,379


Payroll Clerk

Under direct supervision, does routine clerical work relating to the review, verification and preparation of payroll or personnel records; may keep time and work records; does other related duties as required.

Preferred Requirements:

-AA degree

-Previous payroll experience

-Previous office experience

-Must be willing to learn and adapt to established payroll system

-Must be willing to work independently and as part of a team

-Must have a high degree of accuracy in finished work product

-Must have a high attention to detail

Salary: $28,695


Human Services Aide

Under direct supervision of a Human Services Specialist 4 or other supervisor in a County Welfare Agency, while receiving formal and in-service training, assists the Human Services Specialists in the performance of specific duties on a paraprofessional level which includes determination of eligibility for financial assistance in accord with rules and regulations promulgated by the New Jersey Department of Human Services; does other related duties as well.

EDUCATION:
Sixty (60) semester hour credits from an accredited college or university.
NOTE: Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute experience as indicated below on a year for year basis.

EXPERIENCE:
Experience involving any combination of the following may be substituted for the above education requirement:

-Securing/verifying information and making determinations or recommendations relating to eligibility or qualifications of applicants for loans, insurance, credit, employability, and/or job training services, or entitlement to cash awards, financial benefits or adjustment and settlement of insurance claims

-Investigations involving the collection of facts and information by observing conditions, examining records, interviewing individuals, and preparing investigative reports of findings; or investigating, establishing, and/or enforcing support obligations in a welfare board or agency, court system, or related agency.

Salary: $32,489
