Celebrate all things coastal – kite flying, sandcastle building, fishing, kayaking, seining and more – during our Wind & Sea Festival. Held from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. on Saturday, September 15 at Bayshore Waterfront Park, Port Monmouth, this event is brimming with fun, family-friendly activities. Admission and parking are free. Jersey Shore Rose Society Rose Show from 12:30-3:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 15 at Deep Cut Gardens, Middletown. See entries on exhibit and enjoy free garden tours. Expert rosarians will be available to answer your questions. FREE!

Ladies Adventure Course Series from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, September 19-October 3 at Thompson Park,
Lincroft. Experience adventure, thrills and excitement while
zip-lining, climbing a 15’ wall and more. Pre-registration and fee

Hip Hop from 4:30-5:15 p.m. on Thursdays, September 20-October 25 at the Fort Monmouth Recreation Center, Tinton Falls. Learn cool moves, quick spins and more during this dance class led by Pam Rainey Rogers. Open to ages 5-7. A session for ages 8-10 is offered from 5:30-6:15 p.m. Pre-registration and fee required.

Kayaking After Work from 5:30-7 p.m. on Thursday, September 20 at Swimming River Park,
Red Bank. Enjoy a relaxing paddle on the calm waters of the Swimming
River after a stressful day at work. Pre-registration and fee required.

Cool Runners Fitness Camp from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Fridays, September 21-October 26 at Thompson Park, Lincroft. Hit the trails and run for fun while learning about technique, form and nutrition. Additional sessions offered. Open to children in grades K-8. Pre-registration and fee required.
Sign up solo or with a team! Registration is underway for the Timberbrook Triathlon. Held on Saturday, October 6 at the Manasquan Reservoir, Howell, this competition has racers run three miles, paddle two miles, and bike five miles. Find out more about this exciting event.
