Tai Chi Chih® Discipline - Joy Through Movement™- Beginner from 11:30 a.m.-12:50 p.m. on Fridays, April 6-May 11 at the Tatum Park Red Hill Activity Center, Middletown. Discover the ancient art of "moving meditation" through a series of 20 simple movements that are uplifting and easy to learn. Open to ages 55+. Pre-registration and fee required.

Fishkill Ridge Hike on Saturday, April 7. Head to a multi-tiered waterfall and the summits of Lambs Hill and Bald Hill during this strenuous 7-mile hike. The bus leaves from Thompson Park, Lincroft, at 7:30 a.m. and will return at approximately 5 p.m. Pre-registration and fee required.

Beach Clean-Up from 12-2 p.m. on Sunday, April 8 at Popamora Point, Henry Hudson Trail, Highlands. Volunteer to help with this beach clean-up. Please bring work gloves, wear sturdy shoes, and dress for the weather. First-time volunteers will be asked to fill out a volunteer form. Bring your completed form or fill one out on site. Open to ages 14 & up; 13 & under with parent.

Blacksmith Demonstration from 1-3 p.m. on Sunday, April 8 at Historic Longstreet Farm, Holmdel. Come see what the Blacksmith is making in his workshop. FREE!

Palisades Sampler Hike
on Sunday, April 15. Explore varying terrain in Palisades Interstate
Park during this strenuous 9-mile hike. The bus leaves from Thompson Park, Lincroft, at 7:30 a.m. and will return at approximately 5:30 p.m. Pre-registration and fee required.

Forest Eats and Wild Treats from 12-1:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 21 at Freneau Woods Park, Aberdeen. Forage for a variety of native and edible plants with a Park System Naturalist. Pre-registration and fee required.

9-11 Museum & Memorial Visit on Saturday, April 21. Visit the 9-11 Museum & Memorial which honors the nearly 3,000 victims of these attacks and all those who risked their lives to save others. Afterward, spend time on your own in lower Manhattan. The bus leaves from Thompson Park, Lincroft, at 8:30 a.m. and will return at approximately 6 p.m. Pre-registration and fee required.
