Roving Naturalist at 9 a.m. on Saturday, June 25 in Clayton Park, Upper Freehold. Look for signs of the season during this informal nature walk. Meet in the Davis Station Road parking lot. FREE!

Roots of Root Beer from 1-4 p.m. on Sunday, June 26 at Historic Walnford, Upper Freehold. Discover fun facts about root beer and its connection to the Waln family. You’ll also have the chance to sample a variety of brews including our own recipe. FREE!

KidzArt Painting Workshop from 4:45-6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28 at the Thompson Park Creative Arts Center, Lincroft. Bring your aspiring artists age 6-11 to this class where our instructor will guide them step by step in creating a painting. Pre-registration and fee required.

Tidal Tuesdays at 11 a.m. on Tuesdays, June 28-August 30 at Fisherman’s Cove Conservation Area, Manasquan. From seining to creating recycled crafts, join a Park System Naturalist in a different nature-related activity each week. Meet at the Activity Center. FREE!

Pickleball from 6-7:30 p.m. on Fridays, July 1-August 19 at the Fort Monmouth Recreation Center, Tinton Falls. Try this fun new sport on our pickeleball courts. Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Open to ages 16 and up. Pre-registration and fee required.
