MERCER COUNTY CLERK’S OFFICE CELEBRATES SUCCESSFUL PASSPORT CLINICS IN PRINCETON AND EAST WINDSOR
TRENTON, NJ – Mercer County Clerk Paula Sollami Covello is pleased to announce the success of two recent Passport Clinics, held in Princeton and East Windsor, which together served over 200 Mercer County residents. These events, hosted in partnership with Congresswoman Bonnie Watson Coleman, Princeton Mayor Mark Freda, Princeton Human Services, and East Windsor Mayor Janice Mironov, provided a convenient opportunity for constituents to apply for U.S. passports and ensure they are prepared for international travel and new federal identification requirements.
“Providing accessible passport services is a priority for our office, and we are pleased to bring these resources directly to the residents of Mercer County,” said Mercer County Clerk Paula Sollami Covello. “These outreach events help ensure that individuals and families can obtain the proper documentation for travel and identification without unnecessary hurdles. Additionally, both Passport Books and Cards can be used as REAL ID-compliant identification for domestic flights once the new federal requirements take effect on May 7, 2025."
Residents needing a passport or passport card are encouraged to schedule an appointment with the Mercer County Clerk’s Office to ensure timely processing. We provide passport services in two locations on a regular basis, in Trenton and at the Mercer County Connection Office in Hamilton. In Hamilton, services are by appointment only due to a significant increase in demand for passports. The hours and locations as well as fees are listed below:

Adult Passport (16 and older): $130 + $35 processing fee
Child Passport (under 16): $100 + $35 processing fee
Passport Card (Adult): $30 + $35 processing fee
Passport Card (Child): $15 + $35 processing fee
