LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD! ANSWER THE OFFICE ON AGING'S NEEDS ASSESSMENT
The Mercer County Office on Aging/Aging & Disability Resource Connection (ADRC) is the federally designated agency responsible for the assessment, development, and funding distribution of programs/services for those 60 years of age or older and their caregivers in Mercer County. To comply with the Older Americans Act of 1965, the Office on Aging must complete an annual survey to determine the needs of the aging community, and its results are to be incorporated into the agency’s Area Plan Contract.

Mercer County older adults, their caregivers, or anyone with concerns about the Mercer County older adult population can complete this needs assessment by September 30 here for your answers to be included in next year's plan. You also can scan the QR code to the right with your smartphone’s camera to reach the information online.
Completing this assessment will allow the Office on Aging to get a snapshot of the needs of the Mercer County aging community for its plan.

Like the responses from the needs assessment, information gathered at the public hearing will be used in the office's area plan.
