Mercer County Asks Residents to Fill Out Community Health Survey Before Deadline
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, June 27, 2024
Trenton, NJ - Mercer County Executive Dan Benson asked county residents to fill out the Greater Mercer Public Health Partnership’s Community Health and Wellness Survey. The survey will be open through Sunday, June 30.
Across the country, Community Health Assessments are conducted to assess the most pressing health needs of communities. Data gathered from these assessments have been used to open lines of public transportation, start new health programs, and critical public health funding.
In order for the assessment to be successful, it is important to hear directly from residents about their health needs and the challenges they face in accessing healthcare.
“Although we have received many responses to the Mercer County Health and Wellness Survey, we need many more in order to ensure that the results successfully represent our community,” said Mercer County Executive Dan Benson. “I’m asking everyone to take a few minutes to make your voice heard and fill out the survey, so that we can make Mercer County’s public health programs as responsive and effective as possible.”
The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete, and all responses and data are anonymous. It can be found at https://bit.ly/rwjb24 and is available in several languages.
