Stand Tall Yoga

Keep your body and mind healthy in this yoga class designed to improve overall strength, flexibility, and balance. We begin seated in a chair, then move to standing poses, and close with a short guided meditation. Please bring a non-slip yoga mat. Any level welcome. Sponsored by Friends for the Abbott Marshlands.

Birdwatching for Beginners – Final Sessions

This 4-part Birdwatching for Beginners series began in March with the final two sessions occurring in April. If you are interested in attending the final two sessions, please call Gretchen @ 609-888-3218 x 205 to see if we have any openings. Each session includes time spent outdoors. Dress accordingly, bring binoculars, or borrow ours. This program is appropriate for people just beginning to have an interest in birdwatching.
