County to resurface section of South Broad Street in Hamilton
Due to deteriorated pavement surface conditions, South Broad Street (County Route 672) between Church Street and the New Jersey Turnpike in Hamilton Township is scheduled for milling and resurfacing by the Mercer County Department of Transportation & Infrastructure. Work is expected to begin Wednesday, July 20, with an anticipated completion time of approximately two weeks, weather permitting.
During this project, South Broad Street will be closed to through traffic from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; however, access will be permitted for local residents, and municipal and emergency vehicles. Motorists will be directed to use Groveville-Allentown Road, Yardville-Allentown Road and Crosswicks-Hamilton Square Road.
