The Mercer County Planning Department is managing a project to improve multimodal safety on North Olden Avenue in Ewing Township and the City of Trenton. The Con-cept Development phase is nearing completion, with a Preliminary Preferred Alternative presented to local property owners and stakeholders on October 14, 2020. Preliminary Engineering and Final Design phases of this complicated improvement will follow and take several years before construction begins. All phases are expected to be funded with federal grants from the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission and the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
