Womanspace's Covid Emergency Housing Project
Womanspace is excited to announce that it has received a grant to provide housing assistance to victims of domestic violence in Mercer County. Womanspace would like to offer this assistance to survivors that you are serving in your programs.
The project is called the Covid Emergency Housing Project. To be eligible, survivors of domestic violence need to state they are victims and that they are in need of housing assistance. They do not have to be Womanspace clients to be eligible.
A description of the project that details the types of support that will be provided, which includes relocation costs as well as rental assistance, can be found here.
A zoom meeting has been scheduled for Monday, September 14 at 1 p.m. so that Womanspace can discuss this new project with you and answer any questions you may have. Please join them!
