Alcohol Licensees: Price List Filing is Going Digital

Beginning in October 2025, the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control will require the fully electronic filing of Current Price Lists (CPLs) using a standardized template in the ABC online POSSE licensing system. Licensees may, if necessary, continue to use Excel documents for CPL submissions during a testing period that runs through August 2026. The Division will not enforce technical issues that may occur during the testing period. Feedback is welcomed during the transition. For questions, contact the Division at CPL@njoag.gov.
