Covid Updates from DOH

Greetings Faith Based Leaders,

The New Jersey Department of Health has undertaken an outreach campaign regarding COVID vaccination for the senior residents of the State.  This existing program targets homebound seniors – those unable to travel to receive vaccination support.   The outreach is broad with a goal of reaching all homebound.  We are kindly asking for your participation in this effort by sharing the attached flyer with your congregation.  The flyer bi-lingual, English and Spanish.   If you have any questions, please reach out to Annette.Hastings@doh.nj.gov.
