Last month, New Jersey introduced new requirements for restaurants and bars: no seating at the physical bar in indoor areas, and no indoor food or drink service after 10 pm. Prior regulations also restrict indoor capacity to 25 percent, require customers indoors to only consume food or beverages while seated, and require masks when individuals are not eating or drinking. This year, there is more financial help available than ever before. Eight in 10 consumers will qualify for assistance to lower the cost of a plan.
