New Protections for Workers

Beginning this month, employers must follow new health and safety protocols to protect their in-person workforce. A new Executive Order mandates that all employers require individuals at the worksite to maintain AT LEAST six feet of distance from others, conduct daily health checks, require employees and visitors to wear masks when entering the worksite, and more. Travel Advisory Updated

Two states were added to New Jersey’s travel advisory this week, bringing the total to 43 states and territories. Travelers from impacted states and territories should quarantine for 14 days upon arrival.
